Because repair costs depend on your specific vehicle, the extent of the damage, parts and labor, we provide written estimates based on an actual assessment rather than generic price lists.
We work with most major insurance companies, including State Farm, GEICO, Progressive, Mercury, AAA, Allstate, Farmers, Nationwide, Liberty Mutual, Safeco, National General, Wawanesa, Root, Clearcover, Toggle / 21st Century, Tesla Insurance and USAA. Bring your claim information and we will coordinate the repair documentation with your insurer.
In California, you have the right to choose the repair facility for your vehicle. If you would like us to handle your repair, let your insurance company know and we will take it from there.
Most repair pricing depends on your vehicle, the damage, required parts and the scope of labor involved, so those jobs start with an inspection and a written estimate. If a specific service has a confirmed fixed price, that price is shown clearly on its service page.
Timing depends on the scope of the repair, parts availability and — for insurance work — claim approval. A small dent repair may take a day; a larger collision repair takes longer. We will give you a realistic timeframe with your estimate and keep you updated if anything changes.
Yes. We match paint to your vehicle’s factory color, accounting for age and fading, and blend into adjacent panels where needed so repaired areas are not visible.
Yes. VA Auto Body Shop is a full-service facility: in addition to body, collision and paint work, we perform engine repair, vehicle diagnostics, brake service, suspension repair and scheduled maintenance including oil service.
If you notice leaking fluids, deployed airbags, warning lights, steering or braking problems, or damage near the wheels, do not drive the vehicle — have it towed. When in doubt, call us at +1 747-341-4330 and describe the damage before driving.
We are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays.
